Refund and Returns Policy

At Galuxia, we want you to be completely satisfied with your winter wardrobe purchase. If your item isn’t the perfect fit or style, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.

1. Return Window

We accept returns within 30 days from the date your package was delivered. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unwashed, with tags attached, and in its original packaging.

2. How to Initiate a Return

To start a return, please contact our support team at info@galuxia.shop with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with the correct return address and a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  • Please Note: Do not send items back to the address on the original shipping label without contacting us first, as this will delay your refund.

3. Return Shipping Costs & Labels

  • For Defective or Incorrect Items: If we sent the wrong item or it arrived damaged, Galuxia will provide a pre-paid return shipping label at no cost to you.

4. Restocking Fees

  • No Restocking Fees: We do not charge a restocking fee for any returned items that meet our return conditions.

5. Refund Processing Time

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.

  • If approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card or PayPal) within 5 – 10 business days, depending on your bank’s processing time.

6. Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

7. Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Gift cards

  • Items marked as “Final Sale” on the product page
