📦 Shipping & Delivery

How much does shipping cost? We are proud to offer FREE Standard Shipping on all orders across the United States. There are no hidden handling fees at checkout.

How long will it take to receive my order? Our estimated delivery timeline is 5–9 business days. This includes a handling time of 1–3 business days and a transit time of 4–6 business days. Please refer to our Shipping Policy for more details.

How do I track my package? Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can also visit our Track Order page to see live updates.

Do you ship internationally? Currently, Galuxia only ships to addresses within the United States. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes or military bases (APO/FPO) at this time.


🔄 Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window from the date of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with tags attached.

How do I start a return? Please email us at info@galuxia.shop with your order number. We will provide you with the return authorization and the correct warehouse address. Please do not send items back to the origin address without contacting us first.

Are there any restocking fees? No. Galuxia does not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

When will I receive my refund? Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
